Cancellation Policy

Full refund less $50.00 per room if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments will be forfeited if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. High season and groups require notice of 30 days to cancel. Due to the small size of of our property, the limited number of rooms, and the destination nature of our business it is necessary that we strictly enforce our cancellation policy.

 

Final Payment Policy

All payments are due at time of arrival. High season and groups require balances due 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Deposits

Reservations require a 50% deposit with a minimum deposit of one night at time of booking.

 

Pet Friendly

The Minturn Inn is happy to welcome you and your “petfriend”. We kindly request that you to let us know about them (name, breed, size) to be ready to welcome them and make sure there are no potential conflicts. A $50 “pet cleaning fee” will be added to you bill. In an unfortunate occurrence of damage caused by your pet you will be charged for the necessary additional cleaning and repair.
