Cancellation Policy:
Full refund less $25.00 per room if cancelled 14 (30) days prior to arrival. All deposits and
payments will be forfeited if cancelled within 14 (30) days of arrival. High
season and groups
require notice of 30 days to cancel. Due to the small size of of our property, the limited number of rooms, and the destination nature of our business it is necessary that we strictly enforce our cancellation policy. If there is a chance you might cancel within 14
(30) days of arrival we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Final Payment Policy:
All payments are due 14 days prior to arrival. High season and groups require balance due 30
days prior to arrival.
Deposits:
Reservations require a 50% deposit with a minimum deposit of one night at time of booking.
