The newest addition to the Minturn Inn are the River Lodge rooms which are located
in two timber frame building across the back alley and on the banks of the Eagle River.
Completed in July of 2001 the luxurious accommodations include large river rock fireplaces,
Jacuzzi tubs, antique queen cast iron beds with fine linens, TV's, phones and
either a private deck or patio over looking the Eagle River. The rooms offer fantastic
views of Lionshead rock, the backside of Vail mountain, the White River National forest
and the Eagle River.

This top-level room has a vaulted ceiling, an antler chandelier, and impressive timber frame work. The primary feature of this room is a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace. The bed is queen size and is adorned with fine linens made from Egyptian cotton and a down comforter. The bath has a
Jacuzzi tub embedded in river rock, a separate shower, and a pedestal sink. There is also a television, direct line phone, and a wet bar. |

wildflowers, and an antique pedestal sink. At the foot of the cast
iron queen bed there is a river rock fireplace. The room is equipped
with a television, direct line phone, and wet bar. |

The Two Elk Creek room is a first floor room and the largest of the guestrooms. The room features a large river rock fireplace and a deck offering exceptional views of the Eagle River. The
king cast iron bed has fine Egyptian cotton linens and a down comforter. The bath has a
Jacuzzi tub, separate shower with hand-painted tiles of Colorado wildflowers, and a pedestal sink. The
timber frame construction is visible and the pine beams add a rustic quality to the room. There is also a television, direct line phone, and a wet bar. |

| A two room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen, it is a ground level unit only thirty feet from the riverís bank. The bath has a large jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The bedroom has a
king size antique cast iron bed with fine linens, a small sitting area and a sliding glass door opening onto a grass patio. The sitting room features a large river rock fireplace and a sliding glass door leading out to the river. There is a television and direct line phone. |
